An ideal candidate for this position should have the following qualities:

  • Good Degree (1st or 2.1) / A Levels / other relevant qualifications

  • Ability to follow instructions / take initiative

  • Working knowledge of major Operating Systems / applications (Microsoft)

  • Website Development experience (ASP/ASP.NET/PHP/HTML/CSS)
  • Website / Domain Hosting knowledge
  • Database experience (MS Access/MySQL/MS SQL)
  • Working knowledge of computer hardware
  • Computer programming experience (Java/VB/Delphi/Crystal Report Writer)

Optional
  • Network cabling knowledge / experience
  • Knowledge of Case Management software

We would anticipate that the successful candidate would probably have several years experience managing an agency or have the potential for management.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Building teams for contract, permanent and temporary placements
  • Maintaining current client relations
  • Expanding the number and range of clients
  • Policy decisions with regard to advertising, office layout and software used
  • Be aware of and implement current legislation

Would would anticipate the incumbent initially working in a recruitment role as well as a management role whilst building and developing contract, permanent and temporary teams.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum 6 months experience in this role. There would be an emphasis on secretarial recruitment in particular legal temps where leads may be drawn from Fourth Generation Computer Services.
